The updated cover is ready and the printed proof is being reviewed. Here’s the latest on the children’s book inspired by northern Saskatchewan, with school and community inquiries welcome.
My children’s book, When the Sky Danced, is getting closer to release. I’m reviewing the printed proof before making copies available, with publication currently anticipated toward the end of October 2026.
Set in northern Saskatchewan, the first book in the Under the Northern Lights series follows Kai on a journey of wonder, courage and hope. The story is intended for young readers ages 4–8.
My biggest goal is to get this story into the hands of children, especially in northern and rural communities. Teachers, libraries, early years centres and other organizations interested in copies are welcome to get in touch.
