Processing and Preparation

• Processing Time: Each piece of art is a custom creation. Orders are typically prepared and packaged within [Number of Business Days] from the date of purchase. Please note that during peak seasons (like holidays) or for custom print orders, this preparation time may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we meticulously prepare your order.

Shipping, Delivery, and Costs

• Methods and Pricing: We offer reliable shipping options tailored to your location and the size/type of art you purchase. Shipping costs, including handling, specialized packaging, and postage, will be calculated and displayed transparently during checkout.

• Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary based on your selected method and geographic location. While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that factors like courier volumes or weather may occasionally affect arrival dates.

• Digital Prints: Note that Digital Art Prints are available for immediate download upon purchase and incur no shipping fees!

Critical Shipping Information

• Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Dre Erwin Photography is not responsible for misdeliveries due to incorrect information. Additional fees for re-shipment may apply.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. Please arrange for a secure delivery location where the package can be received safely.

If Your Art Arrives Damaged

• If your Visual Anchor arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at drerwinphotography@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• To expedite the resolution, please provide detailed photos of the damage to the packaging and the art itself. We will work quickly to find a solution.
