Returns and Refund Policy - Dre Erwin Photography

​1. Physical Art Prints (Visual Anchors & Merchandise)

  • Damaged Goods: If your art arrives damaged, please follow the steps in the Shipping Policy: contact us immediately at [dreerwinphotography@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery, providing detailed photos of the damage to the packaging and the art itself. We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • General Returns: We accept returns for non-damaged physical products for a full refund (minus original shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • How to Initiate a Return: Email us at dreerwinphotography@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide shipping instructions.

2. Digital Products (Guides, Wallpapers, E-Books)

  • All purchases of digital products, including the Burnout Cure Therapeutic Photography Guide and digital print files, are final and non-refundable.

  • This is due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital downloads. If you experience a download error, please contact us immediately for assistance.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once a physical return is received and inspected, or damage is confirmed, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are typically processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
